In Toastmasters Leaders are Servant Leaders in clubs, areas and divisions.  A Club is a Learning Laboratory where members can make mistakes to learn the rudiments of public speaking and leadership skills.

Members must benefit and clubs must succeed.  The Critical Success Factors besides communication and leadership skills that can be acquired are the rate of retention and recruitment of members and also not forgetting the extension of new clubs.  To ensure success club must have a vision, set goals, build and motivate its team and monitor progress to achieve.  When setting vision one must involve its members in creating the vision so that there is a sense of ownership and responsibilities for them.

Next Plenary Session 3 was Motivating Achievement.  Everyone has a role to play from Sergeant at Arms dealing background work of the meetings.  The Secretary deals with record keeping while the Treasurer deals with the finance matters.  Vice President Membership deals with relationship management while the Vice President Education assist in goals of the club and the President charts the course.  With this Together Everyone Achieves More.
